HOW DO YOU KEEP TRACK OF YOUR AGED CARE REFERRALS AND MEASURE ASSESSOR OUTPUT?

In order to support our assessment activities and provide seamless reporting capacity, Assessments Australia have developed a proprietary online management system (OMS) which allows both ourselves and our clients access to real time data regarding the status of any and all referrals that have been submitted to us.

Through the inclusion of business rules and key performance indicators we are able to have system generated statuses, emails, and notifications throughout the life-cycle of a referral. These indicators are tailored to meet specific client and project needs to ensure all reports generated through our system are accurate and meaningful.
