Department of Education, Employment and Workplace Relations: Disability Employment Services (NSW, QLD and VIC)

Assessments in the Disability Employment Network

Status: Ongoing (March 2010 – March 2015)

Assessments Australia has been appointed to perform Outbound Assessments, Ongoing Support Assessments and Supported Wage Assessments for Disability Employment Services in New South Wales, Queensland and Victoria.

Aged Care Assessments

Status: 2011 - May 2012

Assessments Australia has been commissioned to conduct outbound Priority Level 3 ACAT assessments in selected locations in NSW metro and country areas. The engagement has required the adoption of a revised approach to management of the qualitative framework and Assessments Australia partnered closely with NSW Health in both implementation and operational aspects.

Aged Care (ACAT) Assessments

Status: Completed (September 2009)

Assessments Australia assisted local Aged Care Assessment Teams in conducting ACAT assessments throughout NSW over a period of 5 months, spanning from April 2009 to August 2009. ACAT assessments are used to determine which services would best assist older people with complex care needs, with some services requiring ACAT assessment and approval prior to inclusion.
